Return Policy
1. General Return Policy (14 Days)
You have 14 calendar days to return an item from the date you received it.
To be eligible for a return, your item must meet the following criteria:
- The item must be unused and in the same condition that you received it.
- The item must be in the original packaging.
- You must have the receipt or proof of purchase.
2. Non-Returnable Items: Customized Products
Please pay close attention to our policy regarding customized items.
Products that have been customized, personalized, or made-to-order specifically for you are NOT eligible for return or refund. Because these items are created to your specific requirements, we cannot resell them.
Exception for Defective Items: The only exception to this rule is if the customized item is defective, damaged upon arrival, or if we made an error in the customization. In these specific cases, we will offer a replacement or a full refund.
To be eligible for a return:
- Items must be in their original condition — unworn, unused, with tags, and in original packaging.
- You must provide the receipt or proof of purchase.
How to Start a Return
- From Your Account: Access your account, navigate to the orders section, select your order, and click the refund button.
- By email: For technical support and to log into your account, please send an email to support@betifly.com
- To request a return and refund, use your account. Only the person who made the purchase can initiate a return; no one else is authorized to process it.
Important: Returns sent without prior approval will not be accepted.

Damages and Issues
Please inspect your order immediately upon delivery.
Contact us right away if:
- The item is defective
- The item is damaged
- You received the wrong item
We’ll evaluate the issue and make it right.
Exceptions / Non-Returnable Items
The following items cannot be returned:
- Underwear and lingerie (must have protective hygiene tag, unworn)
- Swimwear (must have protective hygiene tag, unworn)
- Custom or personalized products
- Beauty and personal care items
- Hazardous materials, flammable liquids, or gases
- Gift cards

Shipping Costs & Logistics Fees
- Shipping fees and logistics charges are non-refundable.
- Return shipping is the customer’s responsibility.
Exchanges
We do not process direct exchanges.
To get the item you want:
- Return the item you have.
- Once accepted, place a new order for your preferred item.
Personalized Items
- Non-returnable and non-refundable, except in the case of a faulty product.
- Cancellation Window: 24 hours from the time of purchase to cancel a personalized order.
Refunds
Once your return is received and inspected:
- We’ll notify you of the approval or rejection.
- If approved, your refund will be issued to your original payment method within 3-10 business days.
Please note:
- Shipping fees are not refundable.
- Your bank or credit card provider may take additional time to process the refund.
